Michael Menke
Managing Director
Career
Michael Menke founded PB Factoring GmbH together with Monika Loock-Weber in 2002. As Managing Director, Mr. Menke is responsible for Sales, Service and Administration. He is also the Managing Director of Postbank Leasing GmbH.
Mr. Menke has a long-standing knowledge of the factoring industry. His career began in 1991 after studying business administration in the Bertelsmann Group, where he gained experience in various management positions in the finance industry.

Oliver Böhm

Career
Oliver Böhm is Managing Director of PB Factoring GmbH, where he is responsible for market follow-up within the management team. He also serves as the Global Head of Working Capital Risk Management at Deutsche Bank AG. Additionally, Mr. Böhm voluntarily represents the German Factoring Association as a member of its Executive Board.
Mr. Böhm possesses extensive knowledge of the factoring industry. After successfully studying business administration with a focus on banking, he held professional positions at Dresdner Bank and within the Factoring Division of DZ Bank Group. In 2003, he joined PB Factoring GmbH, where he has held various responsible roles in risk management and regulatory functions.
For over 20 years, Mr. Böhm has been actively volunteering with the German Factoring Association. He initially served from 2003 as a member of the Working Group on Law and, from 2009 to 2025, as a member of the Working Group on Supervision and Compliance. In the 2025 General Assembly, he was elected to the association’s Board of Directors by its members.
